Group training is fun and very cost effective! Being in a group setting is very supportive, you not only have your personal trainer, but also the group as a whole to help you stay committed and energized.
We use the very beautiful surrounds of the Roma Street Parklands and the outside area around Suncorp Stadium for our group sessions, so there’s plenty of variety and not a chance to get bored.

And the truth is one can't experience this unless you fuel your body with delicious, fresh, unprocessed food and get your body moving. It can be simple really.
