The first consult:
Your first consult will take between an hour to ninety minutes. A comprehensive case history will be taken. And includes looking at your symptoms, diet, family history, supplements and medications. Your first consult includes an iridology analysis and tests your zinc levels. This will help assess your health problem and make it easier to find the right solution for your specific needs. With any consult you can request and benefit from a blood type test, indican test, urinary analysis, and have your blood sugar levels and blood pressure checked. Remember to bring copies of any blood test you have done recently.
Treatment:
Your individual treatment may consist of one or a combination of: vitamins, minerals, herbal tonic, practitioner products, homeopathic, Bach flower remedies, nutritional advice and exercise. The treatment will be specific for your needs and only the highest quality products are used.
Supplements:
Supplements provided are mainly practitioner only products such as Metagenics, Mediherb, Bioconcepts, Orthoplex and Dr Vera's products. These products are of the highest quality and are design to give you effective solutions for your health problems.
Iridology:
Iridology looks at your whole eye including the sclera, iris and pupil to determine any potential health problems or inherited weaknesses you may have. Although Iridology cannot detect specific disease it can help assess many other health problems. Such as poor digestion, nervous tension and weaknesses in organs like the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, heart and thyroid.
Nutrition:
Hippocrates said “let food be your medicine”. A healthy diet delivers you the vitamins and minerals your cells need to function efficiently. Many chronic disease are associated with the Western diet. Highly processed foods can deplete your bodies stores of vitamins and minerals. Remember eat a wide variety of food and fresh is best. Organic if possible.
