SHIATSU--Stimulating the body's natural ability to heal itself
This traditional hands-on therapy originates from Japan, where it is recognised as a licensed medical therapy by the ministry of Health and Welfare. SHIATSU is a tried and tested form of finger pressure massage and it is giving to make you feel better, more grounded and more open both physically and energetically. It also provides relief from back, neck and shoulder pain; stress, headaches, migraine, menstrual problems, nervous tension, digestive problems, fatigue and other health issues.
Your SHIATSU treatment involves:
* Hara Diagnosis-- a precise and immediate diagnostic technique to understand the underlying causes of illness and Qi blockages in the Meridians system (the channels carrying our Qi or life force).
* Tsubo (point) Therapy--according to the diagnosis, the practitioner is able to tonify and correct the flow of Qi throughout the body to enchance the healing process.
* Physical Manipulation--body stretches to flow the energy.
* Exercise Guidance--using Qi Gong and Tai Chi to restore your inner balance.
* Advice on your Nutrition

TAI CHI--Meditation in motion
Simply yet powerful, graceful and serene, TAI CHI is a moving meditation with far reaching benefits for body, mind and spirit. Many students gain more strength, stamina and suppleness as a direct result of Tai Chi practice. While others report reduced stress, and improved ability to deal with difficult situations.
Yang style Tai Chi- short form (37 Postures) of Cheng Man-Ching and Long Form (108 Postures) of Yang Cheng-Fu.
Chen style Tai Chi- first form (83 postures) and second form (71 postures).
Morning classes:
Tuesday Morning--7:00 to 8:30am Chen style Tai Chi first form
Wednesday Morning--7:00 to 8:30am Qi Gong and Tai Chi for beginner (37 form)
Thursday morning--7:00 to 8:30am Yang style Tai Chi long form
Saturday Morning 7:00-9:30am Open practice for all levels and Push Hand practice

Night classes:

QI GONG--Regulate the body, the breath and the mind
Qi Gong is a collection of ancient Chinese body-mind exercises. It is aimed at health maintenance as well as physical and spiritual development.
Classes will include:
* Philosophy
* Meridian stimulation Qi exercises
* Collecting Qi exercises
* Ba Duan Jin (Eight pieces of Brocade)
* Six Sounds Qi Gong
* Other various Qi Gong for individuals
* Meditation
