Welcome to Yvette Hart Naturopathics Brisbane

Clinical Naturopathic Services

Yvette Hart is a natural health specialist working from the Station Road Medical and Natural Therapies clinic in Indooroopilly, Brisbane. Yvette is committed to providing professional health care and evidence-based treatment protocols, which are effective and managable.

A qualified Naturopath, medical herbalist and nutritionist, Yvette is passionate about natural medicine and the improvements in health and wellbeing her clients experience.

To ensure you receive the best health outcome Yvette monitors and supports clients, adapting treatment goals and programs as required. Yvette utilises medicinal herbs, nutritional compounds, diet therapy, flower essences and lifestyle couselling to formulate individual health programs.

Yvette has a special interest in helping people with weight loss, anxiety and depression, and children's health however as Naturopathic medicine addresses the underlying cause of illness it can help with most health concerns. Some of the other health issues Yvette has helped clients with include;

  • Thyroid imbalances
  • Allergies and food intolerances
  • High/low Cholesterol
  • Stress management
  • Diabetes and blood sugar imbalances
  • Cardiovascular health
  • Hormonal problems - male and female
  • Children's health - sleeping patterns, fussy eating, ilnesses etc.

    "For years I suffered from dreadful IBS and tummy problems and Yvette sorted it after a few simple sessions. Yes there are some foods I need to avoid but the benefit is worth it. Doctors told me it was hit and miss and I felt hopeless but Yvette sorted things when I'd given up hope. Then also to find a simple supplement was a mandatory requirement for a medication I am taking shocked me, Yvette, my Naturopath, told me this and what an amazing difference." Steve, Brisbane
