Attack pain head on! Remedial massage is incorporated into this treatment to aid the recovery of injuries, increase range of movement, relieve pain and promote everyday wellness and healthy function. This massage uses various techniques including deep tissue, trigger point, mobilization and passive stretching.

Zen Lazy Legs (45 minutes) $70


Suffering from sore legs or back pain from standing all day? This beneficial massage treatment will soothe sore feet, locked knees and swollen ankles. The lower back, glutes, legs and feet can be incorporated into the massage upon request. By giving your legs and feet some much needed attention, your entire body will benefit.
