Cleanse vs. Diet
Cleansing and Detox outweighs Normal Dieting programs.
One way the liver deals with toxins and chemicals in your body is to encase them in fat, to protect you. By detoxifying or “cleansing” regularly you can have the side-benefit of losing excess fat and fluid and, if you’re exercising, increase your lean muscle mass
Dieting (starving) can cause increased fat long-term. Body encase toxic impurities with fat and fluid to protect cells from damage. Smaller body means increased percentage of impurities & less muscle to burn glucose. Hence…REBOUND with higher % of fat with less muscle, more & more glucose is stored as fat.
Starvation reduces lean muscle & increases proportional percentage of impurities. Over-powering hunger pangs, with less muscle to burn glucose even more is stored as fat; body seeks to re-encase toxins. Nutritionally balanced cleansing has advantages over dieting. Body encases toxic impurities with fat and fluid to protect cells from damage. Impurities are released: body can shed the excess fat & fluid. Due to optimum nutrition lean muscle is maintained, even increased. Improved health with less toxins, less fat and more lean muscle to burn glucose as energy.
