I am a hypnotherapist, I am also an energy healer, I am also a person who has a lifetime of personal experience and knowledge (which I value far more than any formal training I’ve completed). I also practice certain spiritual disciplines, and meditate in a way that allows me to tap into Universal wisdom (which I see as far more valuable than any intellectual knowledge I can acquire).
When I began my own journey toward healing I was in a dark and desolate place in life. I’d been addicted to marijuana for 17 years, I had depression (not diagnosed, but clearly presenting in my life), I had constant anxiety (numbed only by the marijuana), I had a very low self esteem, I lacked confidence and was a very negative person with many negative scripts ready to replay to myself over and over again. After 3 years at traditional western therapists (several counsellers, and a highly regarded psychotherapist) I was told I couldn’t be helped. I hit rock bottom in 2001 and almost lost all hope that anyone could help me become who I yearned to be.
It was when I was at my lowest ebb that I met a very special therapist, a healer that had for me transcended current views of what a therapist should be. This man had melded together many of the best western hypnotherapy techniques with eastern energy healing, philosophy and breathing techniques. From the very first session I knew this was the man who could finally help me to heal on the deep levels I needed healing. I felt different from the very first session. In a series of preceding sessions this man (who seemed more like a Master than a mere mortal) helped me separate the ‘different packages of energy’ from my true inner self. He taught me to breathe into the energy and ‘feel’ the energy out of me, sometimes I’d cry, other times I’d shout, other times I’d shake the energy out of me. It was truly amazing, he showed me techniques for providing deep and lasting change that were far more powerful than anything I’d experienced previously. The need to smoke marijuana diminished within months because I was breathing into and dissolving the anxiety that was supporting and driving the addiction. I then began work on adjusting my thought patterns through constant and intense scrutiny of what I was thinking from moment to moment.
Many of the issues we face today are based on false beliefs passed on to us from our parents. You see we have all been hypnotized, we have been programmed by our parents and our surroundings. But we have the power to wake up. The power of suggestion is a driving force behind much of the human experience. But we can use this power of suggestion in positive and life changing ways as I myself have demonstrated personally and now with regards to hundreds of clients who have achieved very positive results, often after therapies have failed (as was the case for me).
We can reprogram ourselves. I now assist people to do just this. The techniques I’ve been shown are the most powerful I have found for triggering and dissolving energy packages (memories etc.) and for exposing false beliefs and perceptions and for establishing new energies and beliefs supporting deep and lasting change.
