What is NLP?
NLP is a leading-edge approach to personal change and the pursuit of excellence. Developed in the 60's and 70's, it is now acknowledged as being one of the most direct, gentle and non-invasive methods for making rapid, effective, lasting change.

Can every-one be hypnotized ?
Every-one,given the right conditions, is capable of entering hypnosis. The hypnotic experience may differ from person to person, but only a relatively light level of hypnosis is required to make profound changes in your life.

Will I lose all control?
No one can make you go into hypnosis. The beautiful thing about the hypnotic state is that it is a state that you allow yourself to be taken to. It is deeply relaxing and, as such, studies indicate that it is very good for your health. Hypnosis is not a mind control and no one can make you do anything or accept anything in hypnosis that goes against your fundamental value systems. Hypnosis is a natural and powerful way to strengthen one of the most important relationships in your life - the relationship with your unconscious mind, the greater part of you, in order to enjoy living more of the life that you really want to lead. In fact, when your own unconscious mind becomes your ally, wonderful things can happen naturally!

What is the unconscious mind?
The unconscious, or subconscious, mind is that part of the mind that remembers everything: every thought, feeling, conversation, sound, experience, interaction you have ever had. Likewise, the unconscious is where every belief, value & behaviour is stored as well as our habitual responses & inner self talk. It is when we can access this very powerful part of the mind directly that real and lasting change can be enjoyed, without struggle.

How does hypnosis work?
While in a very relaxed state the subconscious mind is directly accessed. The subconscious mind is that powerful part of the mind that remembers everything, that is the store house of our beliefs, values & behaviours as well as our habitual responses. When the subconscious mind is accessed in a safe natural way through hypnosis the desired outcomes are filed in the memory banks of the subconscious, causing us to behave, think, feel in alignment with the chosen new information.

Will I be sure to come out of hypnosis?
No one can be kept permanently in the hypnotic state. When hypnotic suggestions are no longer being administered, or at any time that the client would like to, they will simply come out of hypnosis easily.

How does hypnosis differ from relaxation techniques?
In a typical hypnosis session with us you will be guided into a wonderful state of physical and mental relaxation. But the journey does not end there; in fact that is just the beginning, a starting point from which we then begin the process of change that you have requested.

Is it safe?
Hypnosis is a totally safe and natural process. In fact, human beings naturally experience a type of hypnotic trance throughout a normal day - an example might be when ‘zoning-out’ at the red traffic lights for a few moments. Hypnosis is an entirely natural state of mind that, when used and understood skillfully, actually becomes one of the most effective tools for positive lasting change available in the world today!
