There are many and varied reasons and excuses that individuals currently use; which whether consciously and/or unconsciously; in nearly all circumstances unconsciously use which are therefore keeping such individuals smokers when they no longer wish to be. So chances are your one of the 70% of individuals out there who has a burning desire to quit cigarettes despite your best efforts to stop. And why are you still a smoker – even though you no longer wish to be?
Predominantly your unconscious mind is what is holding you back. My previous article called “Quitting Cigarettes in 60 Minutes using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnosis” had previously touched on this. And fear is another major reason – all predominantly emotional reasons which my work as a certified Quit Cigarettes in 60 Minutes™ specialist practitioner eradicates. There are other reasons and, in some cases excuses which keep many individuals smoking cigarettes despite using remedies such as gum and patches to stop smoking which achieve mixed results; thus often resulting in frustration for the smoker at hand who really wants to quit smoking cigarettes.
Many of my clients tell me they smoke because of stress – predominantly work related stress. Interesting. Prior to Justine becoming a non-smoker before embarking on this awesome business where she is blessed and very grateful to have saved many lives; as well as regular interstate business travel to save even more lives through the Quit Cigarettes in 60 Minutes™ system; Justine smoked cigarettes while she was at uni; yet when she was in between semesters, on vacation and during weekends she would still smoke. Many people attribute smoking cigarettes to the office working environment, yet on weekends and vacation these individuals still smoke despite being away from work. Thankfully Justine quit cigarettes through this awesome system as part of her due diligence before deciding on whether to own this awesome business or not…definitely something to think about.
And secondly many individuals continue to smoke cigarettes because they think it relaxes them. This could not be further from the truth. Your body needs to pump twice as much blood to flush out the toxins and carcinogens which entered your bloodstream as a result; and your body also has to (as a result) use twice as much oxygen just to breathe. Nicotine, one of the main ingredients used in cigarettes is actually a stimulant which definitely does not allow your body to relax at all; and combined with extra stomach acid your body is far from relaxed – in fact your body under such circumstances is under a lot of stress. All it takes is one cigarette for these unpleasant side effects to occur. Relaxation is simply an illusion when you are a smoker, and again my Quit Cigarettes in 60 Minutes™ sessions eliminate this stress ensuring that you adopt a healthy habit in place of the cigarettes you once smoked.
Another major reason and excuse from many smokers who currently smoke cigarettes is that if they quit smoking they will put on weight. Many people who actually quit smoking may gain a little bit of weight; probably only around 2-3 kilos the most. Justine is continuing to be honest and authentic here. These extra 2-3 kilos actually comprise of water of which our bodies actually need to function effectively – our bodies are 80% water, and the reason why smokers have old looking skin and yellow nails and hands is because their bodies and their cells are dehydrated – crying out for more healthy fluids such as water. Smoking causes dehydration – just like looking at some beef jerky which looks very dry! Justine in this instance would much prefer her clients to be slightly heavier as healthy non-smokers than to be slightly lighter and be an unhealthy smoker. If weight gain does occur in this instance it is not noticeable to my clients’ friends, family and acquaintances to name.
The only major reason that my clients would gain weight is because they would be making unhealthy food and drink choices predominantly – consuming food and drinks that are high in fat, sugar and calories; however Justine will ensure that through her Quit Cigarettes in 60 Minutes™ sessions that her clients will only choose and make decisions to only eat healthy foods such as fruit in being a non-smoker through the Quit Cigarettes in 60 Minutes™ system; and re-programming the unconscious mind to accept the new healthy food choices and other ways of living such as drinking water to take the place of cigarettes in order to avoid a client of mine putting on weight at the end of the treatment.
In many cases some of my clients have also lost weight as a result of smoking cigarettes as truth be known; every cigarette contains 8-18% sugar in addition to other harmful substances such as nicotine and so on which Justine has already touched on. When tobacco is cured it is soaked in sugar and then dehydrated, and can be the result of shaking hands and hypoglycaemia which will be avoided through my Quit Cigarettes in 60 Minutes™ sessions through a combination of NLP and advanced hypnosis; thus ensuring that the new habits that take the place of smoking cigarettes; including exercise for many of my clients which will also raise their life force energy; in addition to being much healthier and happier on all levels; in addition to all of the benefits being a non-smoker offers once you decide to quit once and for all.
In closing Justine wishes you all the very best, and she looks forward to making you a non-smoker in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Many thanks
