Let me try and make this simple.

Meditation is the ability to access the inner world of Being – ness, peace. Leaving the outer world of mindfulness, tension.

Society and the busy lives that we lead doesn’t allow quality time to pamper yourself. Aren’t we the most important person in this Life?

By learning the simple art of Meditation. We can use this discipline to find within ourselves a whole new World of contentment and freedom.

Through inner peace we can access parts of ourselves, even on a soul levels. Switching our mind from conscious logical thought to sub-conscious and then later cosmic consciousness.

All we need to do is just be.

How is this done? Not trying. Just allowing.

Sounds too easy don’t it. Well surprise, all it takes is the discipline. Making that appointment with you.

To readdress any problem, we must first switch of the active mind and feel the inner quiet. Listen to the inner dialogue, acknowledge it, and allow your mind to bring you back to the focus off your breath.

Universal tools were never meant to be complicated. Humanity complicated Divine Gifts; this in turn created control blocks through switches that cause separation from the perfect you.

Namaste.

How true, yet so simple when described in laymans terms.  Granted it is difficult to obtain alone until taught, or gone through some sessions with an experienced professional. Which allows you to take home with you the tools to practice and continue the journey.

Namaste Evie and Thankyou
