What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a form of complementary medicine that uses muscle testing to identify mental, physical and emotional blockages that are pulling the body away from its natural state of balance. Kinesiologists assess the strength of a person's muscles, which are connected to their nervous system and meridian system, in order to determine which organ, muscle or tissue in the body is experiencing a chemical, emotional, mental or physical imbalance. As soon as they have identified the blockage, the practitioner will start asking the client's body a series of questions that are answerable by yes or no to get to the root of the problem.
