Arthritis


Arthritis can be defined as an inflammation of the joints which results in pain, swelling and stiffness. There are many different kinds of arthritis, with two common types being rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Some treatment options for arthritis include herbal medicine, hydrotherapy, acupuncture, massage, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, homeopathy, supplements such as glucosamine and drug therapy.
