Head Lice


Head lice are small parasitic insects that live on the head and neck hairs of humans. It is commonly thought of as a childhood problem but can affect anyone at any age. Symptoms include itching, scratching, small red bumps or a rash, and visibly seeing the head lice. Treatment options include mechanical removal, chemical or medicated treatments, heat, herbal remedies, and homoeopathy.
