Weight Problems


Weight problems are commonly thought of as being caused by a combination of too much food and too little exercise but there are also other causes. These include medical conditions such as thyroid disorders and hormonal problems, side-effects from medication and a lack of sleep. Alternative treatments that can be used in weight management include yoga, Pilates, naturopathy, personal training, acupuncture, aromatherapy, exercise physiology, massage, and nutrition therapy.
