Fast Food Equals Healthy Food

Can this be true? the answer is an un-resounding yes by following a few simple procedures you can have the freshest, most alive and nutritious food at your fingertips, ready to be eaten 24/7. Of course we're talking about salad greens and sprouts, and I hear you say I don't have time for all of that, everything I grow dies, I don't have any space, but you do have time, not only will it save you shopping time it will save you a great deal in food preparation time, space required about half a square metre.

So how much time are we talking here?

We are talking 12 minutes once a week for leafy green sprouts (vertical sprouts) and 2 minutes twice a day for 4 days once a fortnight for (loose sprouts), a sum total of 40 minutes per fortnight.

At the top we have a dwarf variety of Snow pea which will give you an abundance of large succulent green leaves in 2.5 wks these can be grown in one of our low-power lighting kits, this is great when you don't have access to a sunny windowsill as it produces the same perfect results summer or winter. Another option is to use our stainless steel stand, one of which is shown in the next picture growing Wheatgrass, the stand has staggered height shelves to allow for the optimum use of the different stages of growth of vertical sprouts. What makes this so convenient, as both the snow peas and wheatgrass are grown in exactly the same way, is the use of our shallow self watering pots, meaning you use minimal amounts of growing medium and the large reservoir makes watering very easy. The Snow peas and Wheatgrass are grown in an organic medium using nothing but loose coconut fibre and liquid seaweed concentrate(contains storm cast kelp from the pristine waters off Tasmania & Humic acid derived from a peat like substance ie layers of prehistoric forest), giving you the richest source of minerals & nutrients obtained from both the land and the sea, in the most easily absorbed form possible ie in your live food. You will never need a vitamin or mineral suplement again.

In the next picture you see a mix of Alfalfa and Fenugreek sprouts, we supply a kit to grow these sprouts that is uniquely simple and cheap, we also supply storage containers with cotton inserts to allow you to keep your sprouts fresh for up to two weeks, this means a big time-saving as you only have to go through the 3-4 day sprouting process every second week, ensuring that you always have a fresh supply of sprouts on hand. Our method allows for daily soaking again with a few drops of the liquid seaweed mentioned above. Forget expensive supplements this is cheaper, much more easily assimilated.

We also design and manufacture a range of Stainless Steel brackets that allow you to construct your own Vertical Garden be it for herbs or flowers, on any balcony or deck railing, wall or fence, or create the perfect window box outside your kitchen or bedroom window, again we supply all you need in one box, we even give you stainless steel screws nuts and bolts, plastic pads to prevent scratching of delicate surfaces and of course detailed instructions, we want you to succeed.
