Magnesium is needed in many of the reactions (metabolic processes) occurring in our bodies. Juicers
A variety of machines are available:
"Porket" and other manual wheatgrass juicers (manual unit, also does soft fruit and herbs)
"Compact" living juice extractor and food mill (see below)

COMPACT JUICER
For versatility, you can't go past the Compact.
The new Compact uses minimal bench space. The low RPM (75 - 80) and gentle crushing and squeezing is similar to cold pressing hence, the juice retains up to 60% more nutrients than conventional juicers. The minimal frictional heat means the enzymes stay alive, and these enzymes aid digestion and help your body absorb nutrients. Juice may be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 48 hours, remianing nutritious and fresh.
What sets the Compact apart is that it will: Grind coffee beans, make nut butters, dips and dressings, baby food, pasta and frozen deserts. It also comes with a mincing attachment/sausage maker, which will professionaly mince meat, chicken and fish.
