HEALTHY LIVING PROGRAM
Stella Dichiera has developed her own unique Weight Loss Program as a complete package for sale to other hypnotherapists. The program contains detailed instructions for the Facilitator to follow for each of the sessions.
This is primarily a Weight Loss Program but more than that it is a ‘Whole Person’ program. We all know about healthy eating and exercise, but there are also certain emotional resources required.
This program includes techniques to help the client become more attuned to their body and to empower them to make positive changes.
The program is conducted over 6 weekly sessions that run for 2 hours each. Each weekly session deals with a particular topic, followed by relaxing group hypnotherapy. The classes can be between 6 to 10 people.
The sessions include:
- Outline of program, explanation of hypnotherapy and ego states. When, where & why you eat. Hypnotherapy session on Relaxation and Weight Control.
- Talk on Nutrition, Glycemic Index and Exercise. Releasing Old Beliefs.
Hypnotherapy session on Self-Esteem and Motivation.
- Talk on the Inner Critic, the Perfectionist and the Pleaser.
Hypnotherapy session on Anxiety.
- Talk on the Inner Child and Assertiveness. Hypnotherapy on Inner Child and Assertiveness.
- Talk on Goal Setting. Right hand/Left hand exercise.
Hypnotherapy session on Goal Setting.
- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT),
Hypnotherapy session on Library Scene.
The package contains:
- The Facilitator Manual
- The Client Manual
- The Daily Food & Emotional Diary
- CD; 1 track on weight control and 1 track on the Inner Child
COST:
The package sells for $350 (if you buy before 30th May – there is a special price of $300).
When conducting your own classes; you can put your details on the front cover. You can either use my CD or replace it with your personal CD.
You can photocopy the client manual and diary for use for your clients or you can purchase these from me and I will post them to you.
