HOT STONE THERAPY
You will learn one and half hour Hot Stone massage in a two day course for experienced and or qualified masseurs. Placement of 54 spa set of stones, strokes, and techniques for relaxation, lymphatic drainage, remedial and deep tissue work covered.
Hot Stone Therapy massage certificate: Throughout history healers from all over the world have used hot stones in their healing process. Hot stones is a heated treatment which enhances traditional massage. This treatment combines relaxation, remedial strokes with placement of rocks under and over body. Kahuna massage is a unique in a number of respects. It is a flowing energetically vibrant and completely relaxing whole body massage where the practitioner uses their forearm and hands in long flowing strokes. Stretches, under bodywork and deep tissue techniques combined with healing intent and the rhythmic dance like flow (tai chi like movements ) all contribute to a unique massage that heals the body, soul and mind .
The use of the forearm in a dance like style enables practitioner to work at all levels of intensity with grace and ease. It truly makes deep work easy.

Level I
Learn the flight of the navigator, the duck dance and how to apply these dances to massage strokes. Using your forearms you will learn to dance over the whole body. You will go on a magical inner journey connecting with your own inner shaman while learning a fantastic massage style. You will be able to confidently do 1 ½ relaxation, Therapeutic Kahuna Temple Style Massage.
Level 2
Learn new Kahuna techniques and connect to all that is at a very deep level.
Deeper remedial work, stretches and underbody techniques will be learnt.You will extend on your skills and include remedial work in your massage. Also the Kahuna principles and practises will be discussed on both levels to helps attune to creative self.

Foot Reflexology
2 day workshop
Learn massage techniques and reflexs of the foot to do a one hour foot reflexology session. In this 2 day workshop you will learn massage techniques to relax the foot, as well as thumb and finger techniques to work specific reflex areas on the foot that cause responses in corresponding parts of the body.
The aim of the course is to give you an understanding of the principles and practices of reflexology so you have an invaluable healing technique to use and you are able to administer an effective and therapeutic one hour reflexology treatment.
On completion of this course you will be able to do:
Relaxation massage techniques of the feet
Perform reflexology thumb and finger techniques
Identify and name reflexes of the feet according to the Ingham method of reflexology
Perform a complete reflexology session
Discuss contraindications/cautions in reflexology
This course is for the lay person wanting to treat family and friends as well as the experienced massage therapist and beauty therapist wanting to use reflexology in conjunction with other modalities or as a stand alone treatment.

About your Massage Instructor
Kaye qualified as masseur in 1984 from the Southern School of Natural therapies in Melbourne ,Victoria. Since then she has studied and practised many modalities including Polarity Energy Balancing, Spiritual Healing, Hawaiian Kahuna Temple Style Massage, Lomi Lomi Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage Therapy and Astrology.
Kaye has diverse teaching experience lecturing at University in Communication and Media studies. Kaye has also taught different form of massages for day spas around Australia as well as being the principal for Central Springs School of Massage. Kaye also teaches the Relaxation and Therapeutic massage subjects of Certificate IV for the Australian School of Vibrational Healing
