Transformational Kinesiologists believe that the way we perceive events in our lives, and in the world, transforms our situations in many subtle and creative ways.
This technique (developed by two Danish researchers) is practiced internationally. It works with the individual's own innate wisdom thus allowing the opportunity to live life consciously and intentionally. It is an outwardly simple, non-invasive healing process, requiring no preparation except a motivation to change.
The process includes setting a goal that has been previously unachievable and discovering any hidden blockages or self-sabotaging behaviours, for example unresolved emotional blockages, old thought patterns and belief systems which may stand in the way of achieving this goal. It also includes a consideration of the benefits and consequences of having this goal and looks at the willingness to accept these on all levels, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The practitioner can then move to the stage of balancing for the goal.
The client can choose from a wide range of balances (Chakra Integration, Aura Scanning, Physical/Etheric Coordination, Karmic Strings) to find the most appropriate balance. A balance can involve visualisation, colour, sound, fragrance or work on the subtle structures of the body and usually takes place with the client sitting in a chair, fully clothed.
TK ultimately combines the art of muscle response with the science of subtle energies.
