Sharon Delamotte I Have been working in the alternative health industry for 12 years, and I have worked with osteopaths and Acupuncturist, so I incorporate both western and eastern practices into my treatments. I treat my clients in a wholistic manner tagerting stress an its consequential illness. I use a combination of, Herbs, Massage, Diet, Vitamins, Homoeopath/ Bach Flowers, Meditation and Relaxation exercises. Individual Programmes are designed according to the needs of the persons and what they intend to acheive with their health and life.
Naturopathy is a effective wholistic approach to wellbeing, which takes into consideration all physical, emotional, social and environmental areas of health.
Nutrition: We are what we eat, so food is our main source of energy and the fundamental beginnings of all life. Disease oftens stems from inappropriate dietry habits. GOOD NUTRITION is essential for proper organ functioning, development and for the ability to repair the body.
Herbal Medicine: Treats the whole person, not just the disease, individual herbal tinctures are prescribed.
Homoeopathy: Is an form of medicine using small doses of particular medicinal substances that treat the patient and not the disease, therefore addressing the cause of the illness to avoid the symptoms to reocurr.
Iridology: Is an important tool used by Naturopaths involving a diagnosis using the iris, it allows an overview of your health as well as assessing your rate of recovery and basic consitution.
Massage Therapy: Has many benefits and is no longer considered just a luxury, massage therapy can boost energy, relieve muscular aches and pain, relaxes the mind and the body, accelerates recovery time of injuries sport or other. It has also an effect on the lymphatic system and increasing metabolism, for WEIGHT REDUCTION.
