FOCUS
Michelle conducts all Private Consultations in a peaceful, angelic space in Box Hill South with beautiful relaxation music and subtle background aromatherapy oils. Sessions generally take 1- 1 1/2 hours and include comprehensive case history and a caring, empathetic approach that encourages self-empowerment. Therapies are individually tailored to meet your specific needs, beliefs and personality. These may include an eclectic mix taken from spiritually-guided channelled energy work, hypnotherapy, NLP, body psychotherapy, sacred Egyptian chakra oils, flower and vibrational essences and sound and crystal healing.

HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy is a marvellous tool to bypass the conscious critical analytical mind to make profound changes in beliefs at a subconscious level. Hypnosis is a safe modality and has been practised for hundreds of years. Although similar to sleep, the body remains awake and the subconscious mind is highly receptive to positive suggestions. It can be likened to a state of focused concentration for the subconscious mind.
The physical feeling of hypnosis is of deep comfort and relaxation, which has the benefit of stress reduction in addition to the other aims of the therapy. For the vast majority of people being in a hypnotic trance is a highly enjoyable experience.
The client is gently relaxed into a state of lowered brainwave frequency and is usually fully aware of everything he or the hypnotherapist says during hypnosis. There is usually a lowering of blood pressure during hypnosis and the pulse rate often slows. There are few contraindications for its use apart from those with psychotic behaviour or Grand Mal epilepsy.
Behaviours and beliefs that have stubbornly resisted change in many other therapies can often be permanently altered under hypnosis as the subconscious cause of the issue is accessed, resulting in lasting positive changes.

Flower essences are a form of vibrational medicine that treat the emotional roots of problems.
