Welcome to Body Centre Pilates
The Pilates Method is a series of body conditioning exercises that promote physical harmony and balance for people of all ages and physical conditions while providing a refreshing, energizing and complete workout.
Whether you come from an fitness background or a sedentary office type job, the Pilates Method can be your primary mode of body conditioning and injury prevention.
The sessions take place in closely supervised small groups (maximum four people) with each session tailored to your specific needs.
The benefits of the Pilates Method include improved posture and flexibility, strengthing and control, pelvic and abdominal muscle strength, improved co-ordination and reduced muscular pain.
QUALIFICATION DETAILS All Instructors have qualified with The Australian Pilates Method Association.
