About Gerard
Gerard Elms is a highly qualified Naturopath having completed a four year Bachelor Degree in Naturopathy at Southern Cross University, world leaders in research and education of natural medicine. He practices out Sydney's oldest and most respected integrated medical practices at Wholistic Medical Centre, Surry Hills.
As a Men's health specialist, Gerard is an integral part of the Men's Health Team at the Wholistic Medical Centre, which consists of a team of conventional and alternative medical practitioners specialising in mens health problems. A cooperative team care management approach is used within the team to give you faster and better results using a combination of conventional medical services from a GP, Naturopathic treatments, Osteopathy, Acupuncture and Massage.
Gerard is passionate about educating people on the benefits of natural medicines and regularly contributes to Australian health magazines. He is also part of a panel of experts who review consumer supplements for Australia's only independent supplement review website.

You will receive an individualised nutrition and lifestyle program that is specifically designed to treat your health problem. Appointments
At the first consultation with Gerard an extensive medical history is taken, including your previous health history, family and social history and details of your diet and lifestyle.
Once a case is established, a complete health-care plan will be formulated. Follow up consultations are usually in fortnightly or monthly intervals. This will depend on the condition being treated and the method of treatment used.
