Neurostructural Integration Technique is an adaptation of the internationally acclaimed Bowen technique. NST is based upon sound oesteopathic and kinesiological principles and is used to alleviate many known musculoskeletal disorders.
Comsultations involve assesment and treatment , not only of the presenting condition, but also of the origins of the problems, thus resolving the causative agents.
An example of this may be a client who presents with neck and shoulder pain. Upon assessment it is found that there are lower back problams which have led to the neck and shoulder condition.
NST sessions typically last 30 -50minutes.
Remedial Massage techniques are also used to help resolve painful conditions where required. Seesions are usually 30 minutes.
