My philosophy
In my experience when one is unwell we often need to look at the emotional connection in order to get a complete resolve for the condition However in some cases it really is, just the medical condition that is present. that needs support. My skills as a Naturopath, Herbalist,and Energy Healer allows me to make an assessment for the best result for my patients. As well as support our body's nutritionally with herbal tonics nutrients and exercise. We should treat our body like a temple and with the same sacred regard.
Within our body"s cells we store the memory's of our experience's in life some minor, some major occasionally traumatic, We need to transform these memory's so we are able to move forward in life to achieve our full potential.There are many ways to help with this transformation, spiritual healing / reiki can facilitate a connection to your subcontious mind to aid understanding and resolve around the issue which troubles you.
As we release old trauma's different organs in our body which relate to the emotional component often need nutritional and herbal support. Also at this time a nurturing touch such as Reflexology, Aromatherapy massage can very affective for supporting the whole body system.
Flower essences can be used throughout the process to help move through the difficulties and eventual release of the memory to the point of no reaction. Thus allowing one to move forward in life and fullfill your potential.

WHAT IS SPIRITUAL / REIKI HEALING ?
A spiritual / Reiki healing involves the practitioner transferring universal energy like a conduit through there body to yours. With guidance from the spiritual world. A sequence of laying of hands allows the energy to be transferred. This helps to balance the chakras improving & and enhancing body function. Allowing the patient to have clarity into their life condition, releasing emotional blocks creating inner calmness and allowing healing to occur on a subconscious level.

WHAT IS INTUATIVE MASSAGE ?
This is a normal soft tissue massage using aromatherapy oil were needed,whlist I massage the body I am receiving information about your physical and emotional condition and occassionally guided information for you personally. Massage helps release tension in the muscles, improves elimination in the body. Massage is very affective on a regular basis, once a month is reccomended.

WHAT IS A FLOWER ESSENCES CONSULTATION ?
Flower essence's are powerful vibrational medicine's which can profoundly change emotional issues and aid in releasing past trauma's.
The process of defining the correct flower essences consists of you focusing on the the issue that is problamatic and choosing flower essence cards that you react to. Once chosen these bottles of essences are then placed one by one on the grown area of the head whilst you are lying down.The practitioner writes down your reaction and sensations to the placement of the essences, once the problematic issue is no longer able to be recalled, then these essences on combined into a bottle for you to take untll finished.

WHAT IS EAR CANDLING ?
Ear candling has been around for centuries the Hopi Indians are most know for this. The ear candle is made of cloth and wax, the idea is the hollow tube when lit softens the wax in the ear and the flame causes a gentle suction drawing out the wax. The treatment is done with the patient lying down on there side each ear takes about 20 minutes. Once the candle gets to acertain lengh it is gentley removed the ear is wiped with a cotten bud and the whole ear is softly massage.The treatment is very relaxing, is not painful in any way.
