Personal Coaching

A coach draws on their knowledge and experience and shares it so you can more easily achieve your goals. A coach can provide you with on-going support, accountability, tools and resources so you can deal with whatever you have been struggling with and get on path.

Types of Coaching
Coaching is offered by phone or in person. While individual sessions are available, most people invest in a coaching package. For instance, a Breakthrough Program is a powerful program designed for individuals who are absolutely committed and ready to make immediate change. It takes approx 6 hours, in two or three intensive face-to-face sessions, scheduled during a one-week period. It includes pre-session guidance, notes, phone and email support.
