Hypnosis is an effective treatment for 'leaving behind' habits such as
nail biting /smoking /hair pulling, etc., and it is used very successfully to curb appetite and stop cravings for Weight Loss.

When Mark was diagnosed with diabetes the Doctor told him it was imperative that he lose the extra kilos he was carrying.

Mark ate whenever he was bored or felt dissatisfied with things. He had a habit of heading to the cupboard or fridge after his evening meal to find something to eat. He found himself buying snacks and extras to eat during the day. Mark told me that he had tried to stop but felt out of control, always thinking about food and he felt frustrated.

HYPNOSIS FOR WEIGHT LOSS helped him to cut out between meal and unnecessary eating. He lost all interest in snacking and picking between and after meals. He was able to establish a new, healthier pattern of eating. I also included 'CONFIDENCE' to lose weight and keep it off.

Unwanted Habits

Rex, a nail biter for 30 years, was fed-up with his habit. He worked in sales and told me of his embarrassment during presentation of paperwork, writing and signing forms.
