Kristina offers you her services knowing that her work is at the cutting edge of Energy Medicine.
Kristina has been a practitioner since the early eighties having studied Naturopathy at Nature Care in Sydney. She opened Cremorne Naturopathic Centre with her partner in 1985 and it very quickly grew into a successful practice and to this day still exists. In 1990 Kristina moved to Perth for family reasons with her then husband, her 3 year old daughter and another baby on the way. She spent 13 years being a fulltime mother to her two daughters and loving it. In 1998 Kristina began seeing clients from her clinic in Mosman Park, focusing mainly on Massage and Nutrition. Forever questioning why people become sick, Kristina started her own healing journey with Mind/Body Psychotherapy and Energy Healing in 1998 and in the year 2000, the new millenium, began to study under the guidance and tuition of the late Dr John Pierrakos and other well known International Teachers.

Mind Body Psychotherapy
What sets this apart from more conventional therapies is it bridges the gap between Psychology and Spiritualty. It is a revolutionary system for personal growth that includes the mind, body and spirit healing on all levels. Exercises are included in the sessions to enhance the bodies ability to stretch, feel and open up.
Counselling

Breathwork
Breathwork is an ancient art of flooding the body with oxygen and allowing the client to purely focus on the breath. When used in a session the client can access past memories from a grounded place and be guided to work on the current presenting issue.
Reiki
Reiki is an ancient gentle hands on Healing Therapy. When the life force energy is in perfect balance in the body we experience total harmony emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. When we are in balance we truly get what life is about, can make decisions and are more in tune to the ebb and flow of life.
Massage
Massage or bodywork is used to shift the tension in the muscles of the body to allow the energy to flow more freely. Sessions are tailored to the individual and may vary from a light touch to deep work when needed. Incorporated in the massage is gentle and rhythmic breathing which aids in the relaxation and letting go process.
