I have been practicing for 30 years. I became a therapist because I love to help people to be in control of their lives.
To turn their suffering into happiness.
To improve their health, improve their financial position and to connect with their spiritual side.
In each session I explain how the mind works, locate the source of the problem, treat the problem and teach them to relax.
I do this by counselling and through hyponotherapy.
Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool as it gets in touch with their sub-conscious mind, where everything they ever thought, felt or done is recorded.
Once the sub-conscious level is reached, through hypnosis, bad habits can be changed and replaced by positive ones.
Anyone can be hypnotised and it is very effective no matter what age.
Under hypnosis they are just relaxed not asleep. Therefore they are in control at all times.
