Our head practitioner Dean oversees all assessment and treatment, he is a registered Psychologist, Hypnotherapist, Herbalist and Remedial Massage Therapist who takes an integrates and holistic approach to mindbody medicine. With over 12 years experience he specialises in treating anxity, stress/burnout, insomnia, trauma, addictions, depression, the emotional factors of diseases, personality change and general personal development.
When working with you Dean will first conduct a 90 minute holistic assessment (covering psychological, naturopathic, life-style and physical aspects of health), at the end of this assessment he will tailor an individual plan that will allow you to bring your body and mind back into balance.
