Welcome to Pauline Dudgeon Naturopath
Pauline has been a Naturopath for ten years and she has practised as a Registered nurse for 25 years. She believes that many physical conditions are caused by unresolved emotional issues. With this in mind she has explored and trained in a range of modalities which she draws upon after consulting her clients on their individual needs.
She has been a Reiki practitioner for fifteen years and works with the unique VoiceBio analysis system which highlights physical and emotional issues. As well as working with Liquid Crystals, she is a qualified practitioner in Bach Flower essences and has worked extensively with the Australian Bush essences. Pauline also works with Crystal Healing and carries out Chakra balancing.
Prior to making recommendations to new clients Pauline has a preliminary discussion/ consultation with her clients to gather the necessary information to determine which healing modalities, treatments and remedies to recommend based on her clients special needs.
Following is some basic information on the healing modalities and services Pauline provides and has found successful for many people over the years.
Naturopathy
Treating health/wellbeing problems with natural remedies. Includes nutritional advice, homeopathic remedies, mineral therapy, ionic heavy metal testing, and determining underlying emotional issues that can cause health problems.
Liquid Crystals

VoiceBio Health Analysis
The keynote frequencies found in the body are the very same frequencies found in music….And just as the note C appears many times on a piano keyboard at varying octaves, the note C appears many times in the body. The voice being the composite sound of the human being, is representative of all the frequencies in the body.
What happens during a session?
the client speaks three different voice samples into a highly sensitive microphone.
A computer instantly sorts and graphs the frequency tones, ignoring the word content.
The practitioner then utilises a computer-generated chart to discuss which frequencies are present and which are missing…. Along with possible remedies.

Crystal Healing/ Reiki
Involves the practitioner laying crystals, on various parts of the body and using sound, colour and sacred geometry frequencies to promote harmony and healing. Treatment includes Chakra balancing and making up individual crystal essences to aid the healing process.
Ear Candling/Ear Coning.
Organic ear candling may be beneficial in the temporary relief of : sinus problems, earache, glue ear, swimmers ear, some chronic headaches, tinnitus, and hearing difficulties. Aids the removal of wax.

FORMOSTAR INFRARED BODY WRAP
The Formostar Far Infrared Body Wrap System is a deep heat treatment that utilises the body's natural cooling process to stimulate the metabolism. When heat is absorbed by the body on a continuous basis, the blood circulation is used to transport the excess heat as close as possible to the skin's surface, inducing sweat, to help dissipate it into the cooler atmosphere. Formostar utilises Far Infrared energy to produce this heat as it can be very efficiently abosrbed by the body when generated around the 9.5 micron waveband.

The benefits of Far Infrared heat are widely documented and cover many areas including improved blood circulation, detoxification and pain management.
Pain Management:
The Formostar was initially developed to assist in the relief of pain experienced by arthritis sufferers and improve joint mobility. Heat is generally accepted treatment for temporary pain relief. Far infrared heat lamps have been in use for many years, especially in Asia. Heat, absorbed by the body, can help deaden nerve endings, creating an analgesic effect bringing temporary pain relief. Promoting blood circulation to affected areas can aid in the healing of muscle and soft tissue injuries such as sprains, strains, arthritis, muscle spasm and many other muscular-skeletal ailments.
Detoxification:
The skin is the largest organ in the body and it plays a major role in the detoxifying process alongside the lungs, kidneys, bowels, liver, and the lymphatic and immune systems. Many people go out of their way not to sweat – especially women. Air-conditioned buildings, air-conditioned cars, anti-perspirants and body lotions can prevent the body from performing its natural functions as well as clogging up the skin’s pores. Sweating is a natural and beneficial process helping clear toxins out of a person's system. Toxins are both water based (residing in body fluids) and oil based (residing in fat tissue). The heat generated by the Formostar can stimulate the sweat glands and in combination with increased blood circulation can help release built-up toxins and waste trapped in cells and tissues.
Body Fluid Reduction:
Formostar’s deep heat sessions provide excellent sweat inducing capabilities which can be effective in helping people lose excess body fluids. People with mild forms of fluid retention around the ankles and feet can use Formostar to target these areas by using the variable wraps on the areas with fluid build-up. Reducing excess fluids can provide people with a greater level of comfort and mobility.
Skin Conditioning:
For healthy skin, pores require cleansing. Pores may clog up for a variety of reasons and sweating helps the cleansing process helping to improve skin condition and making it more supple. Promoting additional oxygen enriched blood into areas where there is scar tissue may also aid the skin regeneration process.
Blood Circulation:
Many issues that manifest themselves in the body such as arthritis, sciatica, menstrual cramps and fatigue, or outside the body such as psoriasis and acne, can to some degree, be due to poor blood circulation. Formostar sessions heat the body to aid stimulation of the flow of blood to peripheral areas.
