Trained as a Homeopath, Bowen Therapist, NeuroSkeletal Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner, I aim to help YOU create for yourself “real health and wellness” at all levels of your being; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
I have taught Yoga in Brisbane (and Japan) since 1999 after doing my Integrated Professional Teacher Training with Muktanand Meannjin in the Satyananda tradition in 1998. I am qualified to teach Physical Poses (Asana), Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), Neti (Cleansing Practice), Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation) and Meditation to beginners and progressive levels of experience.

Consultations are available on week days, weekends and evenings by appointment. Fee $55 / $45(conc.)

- Bowen Therapy - Muscles and connective tissue such as the tendons and ligaments become knotted and painful due to injury, wear and tear, disease and stress. Bowen Therapy is a safe and gentle technique which unravels and releases the muscles, relieving pain, increasing mobility and flexibility and reducing inflammation and stiffness.
The Bowen Technique, developed in Australia by Tom Bowen, is so effective that it has spread all over the world and in over 25 countries worldwide the Bowen Technique is now accepted as a legitimate complimentary therapy.
- NeuroSkeletal Therapy (NST) – is a gentle and safe treatment for back pain, whiplash injury, spinal misalignment, tennis elbow, arthritic & rheumatic conditions, motor vehicle injuries, sporting injuries and postural and repetitive strain injuries and many other conditions of the musculo-skeletal system. NST relieves pain, improves function and mobility and speeds recovery from pain and dysfunction caused by skeletal trauma and misalignment.
- Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching – Prevention is better than cure. Learn what you need to know to nourish, protect and support yourself while at the same time producing positive and life changing benefits. No impossible goal setting. No arduous regimes. Only effective and collaborative strategies to make your shift to wellness.
- Reiki – Working on the energy centres of your body, Reiki produces deep states of relaxation and re-establishes energy flows which will bring balance, harmony and wholeness. Clear away negativity and limiting thoughts and feelings and develop an attitude full of optimism and joy. It will follow that you and those you love will benefit. Great for stress, emotional problems, pain, headaches, sleep problems, grief and anxiety.
