A practicing Remedial Massage Therapist for the past 7 years, my aim through a combination of Deep Tissue Massage, Japanese Shiatsu, Trigger point Therapy, MET and PNF stretching is to:
- Encourage joint flexibility and stress relief to the ligaments, tendons and muscles
- Contribute to the internal equilibrium of The Circulatory, Central Nervous, Lymphatic and Musculo-skeletal systems.
- Increase energy levels
Being passionate about health and vitality, I regularly attend seminars, workshops and presentations to enable me to provide you with the most current treatment methods known.
I am a full member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association and an affiliate member of The Myotherapists Association. I am registered with most Australian Health Funds and am Workcover accredited.

NB: City Health is open Monday to Thursday at 9am and Friday at 7am. The Clinic does not open during weekends or public holidays.
