Bowen therapy: A pain and injury technique using gentle moves over ligaments and tendons to realign the body. Useful for neck, back and shoulder problems, headahes, asthma, infertility and many other problems.

Herbal medicine: Once a comprehensive history is taken. iris diagnosis and a phsical examination performed, an individual liquid formula is prepared individually for the client. If taste or compliance is an issue, herbal tablets may be prescribed instead.
QXCI: This computerised health assessment checks nutrient status, organ weakness and helps identify the underlying cause of a health concern. Treatments are also performed by the machine to improve immune function, hormonal balance and overall health.

The resultant figures are put into a computer to give a read-out which gives fat, muscle and health perameters. These are then used to devise a program of eating and exercise to optimize health.
