Our healing massage calms the mind, eases muscle tension and enhances your overall well-being. For your health and comfort, we use organic massage oils and cushioned, wide, natural wood tables. These massages are carried out in silence to allow you to rest, activating the body’s own self-healing mechanisms.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep, focused massage strokes are highly beneficial for both physical and mental stress reduction, athletic peak performance, and addressing chronic patterns of tension. (60/90/120 minutes)
Neck & Shoulder Release
Release tension and soothe muscles with a concentrated massage on your body’s most stressed areas. This table massage eases the overworked muscles of the neck, upper back, and shoulders. (60/90/120 minutes)
Essential Relaxation Massage
Tranquility will be yours as this calming light pressure relaxation massage will soothe the body, mind, and spirit. (60/90/120 minutes)
Pregnancy Massage
A gentle nurturing treatment to relieve lower back pain, aching legs and water retention of expectant mothers. Recommended for second and third trimester. A doctor’s note of approval is required. (60/90 minutes)
Seated Massage
A clothed, oil free massage on our specially designed massage chair relieves tension in the neck, upper back, and shoulders. (15/30 minutes)

Hot Stone Therapy

Ear Candling
Used by the ancient Chinese, Greeks, Egyptians and Native American Indian tribes, ear candling removes accumulated wax and helps relieve sinus congestion. After the head and ears have been massaged, this natural therapy will cleanse, tonify, and clear blockages. (50 minutes)
Shiatsu Massage
"Finger" (shi) "pressure" (atsu) works with acupressure points to invigorate and increase energy levels. This treatment excludes the use of oils. Please wear loose clothing. (60/90 minutes)
Massage Cupping
Massage cupping is used to increase blood flow and to loosen adhesions and stubborn knots in soft tissue. This deep tissue therapy can be enjoyed in conjunction with massage on tight muscles on the back or on the hip and thigh region prior to an herbal cellulite treatment. (30 minutes)

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for a little decompression time and to avoid a reduced treatment time. We invite you to relax with a special blend of organic tea from our complimentary beverage menu. As this is time for you to escape, please turn off all mobile phones. Please leave all valuables at home as we cannot be responsible for lost items.
Please schedule your appointments with care as we do require 24 hours notice of cancellation for our services (48 hours for packages) in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the value of the appointments cancelled. All appointments are subject to therapist availability.
