About Me
Hello, my name is Tania Harrold and I am very passionate about bringing healing and wellbeing to the human body. My interest in Natural Therapies began several years ago when I became aware of the powerful effect of my untrained massage on family and friends. "Imagine what I could do if I actually knew what I was doing?? " I thought. And so it began… my exploration into the amazing world of healing, tactile therapies.
I work intuitively; fully supported by the knowledge I’ve gained from intensive training in both Remedial and Cancer Massage techniques. The Massage, Cancer and More Therapist training I received at Petrea King’s Quest For Life Centre in NSW is an invaluable “tool” in my “tool box”. Reiki plays an important part as well by bringing deep relaxation and peace to the massage experience. My belief is that our bodies are whole when we have equilibrium between our emotional and physical states and I strive to ensure you feel that balance within at the end of your treatment. I would love the opportunity to discuss further the treatments available as they can be designed to meet any specific therapeutic needs.

Lymphatic Drainage
Excess fluid (oedema) in the body puts unnecessary strain on all organs responsible for the excretion of fluids. This gentle and soothing massage is aimed at improving the circulation of lymphatic fluid and the removal of toxins via the lymphatic system. Relieves that “tight” feeling and stimulates the immune system. Combined with gentle Myopractic Therapy to aid flexibility for those who have Lymphoedema as a result of cancer or illness. A therapeutic massage designed especially to suit your needs.

Myopractic Therapy
Myopractic Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique designed to re-pattern the body’s energy flow to enable the body to heal itself. This therapy is completely safe for all ages, from new-borns to the frail elderly and also for pregnant women. This is an excellent treatment on its own but is often used in conjunction with other modalities to greatly facilitate the body’s healing process. Frozen Shoulder, Tennis Elbow, R.S.I, Sinusitis, and Pregnancy Backache, to name just a few, respond quickly and effectively. Three initial treatments, 5 – 7 days apart, are recommended for optimum results with a maintenance program then put into action.

Remedial Therapy
This form of bodywork involves shiatsu stretches and the gentle manipulation of muscles. Extremely beneficial for those suffering from muscle spasms and poor flexibility in the neck, shoulder and hip regions. This treatment incorporates massage to the affected areas as well as an electromagnetic wave heat treatment if necessary.

Reflexology
Your feet have reflex areas that correspond to organs, glands and other parts of your body. You will enjoy an essential oil footbath, followed by a stimulating, but yet relaxing, foot massage. This treatment is ideal for those unable to enjoy the benefits of a full body therapeutic massage.

Swedish Therapeutic
Experience an hour of sheer indulgence and relaxation surrounded by the aroma of essential oils blended especially Just For You. It not only gives you a wonderful sense of wellbeing, it increases circulation, relieves pain and aids mobility. Full body therapeutic massage or tailored to suit your individual needs.

Ear Candling
Ear candling is a gentle, relaxing way of clearing the ear canal; it stimulates the lymphatics and promotes drainage in the sinus system. It works similar to the moxibustion method used in Chinese medicine. A hollow candle made of 100% bees wax and pure linen is inserted into the ear canal and then lit to create a warm air vacuum, which draws wax and moisture into the candle. Essential oils of eucalyptus and thyme are embedded in the candle for their medicinal antibacterial and anti-fungal properties.

Aromatherapy
A gentle, pampering massage using essential oils and incorporating a full facial with a pink clay masque, using the traditional technique developed by French Biochemist Marguerite Maury in the 1950’s. Excellent for improving skin tone and metabolism, elimination of toxins, and relaxation. Full body therapeutic massage.
