FAMILY HEALTHCARE AND WELLNESS PROGRAM
A combination of improved diet and homeopathic medicine can make a big difference to the health of your family and the strength of your immune system. In this program you will learn how to use Natural Medicine to treat common illnesses at home. You will also develop a grasp of the key basics of a healthy "Wellness Diet" supported by recipes books and handouts.
Regular Homoeopathic First Aid Workshops are run at the St Ives clinic which teach you how to use homoeopathic remedies for minor illnesses and accidents and are included as part of this package. The FREE September Workshop starts on the 4th from 2-4pm. Bookings essential on 9144 1555.

FERTILITY AND PRE-CONCEPTION PROGRAM
This comprehensive program ensures that you are in the best possible shape for pregnancy. The PRE CONCEPTION PROGRAM includes a dietary assessment, appropriate supplements and detoxification protocols if indicated. The initial consultation also includes specific testing to determine the need for appropriate supplements and detoxification.
The FERTILITY PROGRAM I use is specifically designed to help older mothers achieve a healthy pregnancy. TRY THIS PROGRAM DURING THE WAITING PERIOD FOR IVF.Do you know the best time to have sex to achieve a pregnancy? Do you know when you are ovulating? The fertility program is based on the Vannier drainage method and aims to restore a natural ovulation, normal mucus and regular cycle. This program makes it easier to know when it it possible to conceive and helps reduce some of the stress associated with infertility.
Diet is a critical part of conception and many women need to change their diet to improve their fertility. Refined and processed food diets have been shown to affect fertility in animals. An anti-candida diet is often used where a client frequently gets UTI's or shows other signs of yeasty overgrowths. Symptoms could be as mild as a pasty tongue but improving the quality of mucus can assist in improving overall fertility.
BIRTHING KITS
A short consultation can also assist you in determining which medicines you need to support you during and after childbirth. Typically a birth kit will include medicines for exhaustion, to assist in the progress of the labour and for repair. If nothing else all new mothers should take Arnica for a few days after a natural delivery to help with recovery. Arnica in a pillule (30C) is a great remedy for injuries to soft tissue or bruising and swelling and is also helpful where someone is exhausted from over exerting themselves.

WEIGHT LOSS and DETOXIFICATION PROGRAMS
Reaching a healthy weight is an achievable goal. However many people struggle with this goal due to inherent obstacles in their metabolism and lifestyle. Common barriers to effective weight loss can include toxicity, hormonal imbalances, insulin resistance and long term stress. The Healthy Weight Loss program will identify which obstacles may exist through the use of Bioimpedence Analysis, which will enable a successful weight loss program to be tailored to your individual needs. Programs are supported by the Metagenics Weight Loss Shakes, Bars and Soups and some health funds provide a rebate on these costs.
Detox may be a useful first step in either a weight loss or wellness program. Build up of toxins can result in IBS symptoms, allergies and exhaustion just to list a few symptoms. Depending on the level of toxins an express Detox (simple two week program) may be possible however with more complex problems the full six week detox may be needed. Many chronic diseases can be prevented or managed solely through diet. Food can be our most effective medicine! A Nutrition Consultation can assist in designing a healthy way to eat to minimise the possibility of developing chronic diseases or to assist in its managment . An Initial Consultation will give you a range of recommendations to improve your underlying health, including dietary changes as well as use of appropriate supplements.
CANCER SUPPORT
Cancer patients have different needs depending on the type of cancer and the type of treatment protocol, whether it is surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy or a combination of these treatments.
Diet is essential through cancer treatment and food can be effective in assisting in recovery as well as minimising the side effects of chemotherapy or radiation treatment. Vitamin and mineral supplements can also help in managing side effects or helping the rest of the body recover from chemotherapy treatment. After an initial consultation I can answer questions by email to minimise the need for followups which are often difficult when you are on the specialist treadmill. Whilst my dietary recommendations focus on healthy choices I also acknowledge that the most important thing during chemotherapy is maintaining your weight. Rapid weight loss will aggravate symptoms such as nausea particularly during chemotherapy treatment.
HOMEOPATHY
Homoeopathy can assist many illnesses which do not respond well to conventional treatment, including conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Allergies, PMS, Menopause and Anxiety. Typically you will see an improvement in some or all of your symptoms in the initial stages of treatment as we work together to restore and maintain your health in a way that fits into your life style.
Homeopathy is widely used in England, Europe and India and according to the World Health Organisation is the second most widely practiced system of medicine. A carefully selected homoeopathic medicine can improve your underlying health and treat the symptoms of both chronic diseases as well as common illnesses. Homoeopathy also considers the whole range of lifestyle factors involved in developing chronic illnesses and a review of the diet and lifestyle is part of my treatment plan.

With a holistic approach I work on ensuring that you look after yourself and improve your health so that you are ready to achieve both at home and at work.

Life Coaching can assist you to determine what type of role would suit you best and how to intergrate it into your life.
Coaching is also invaluable if you are running your own small business. A typical coaching session can involve reviewing buying decisions or looking at staffing and structures. It gives you the time to work through a process without distractions.
Coaching also works best in short blocks - that is 6 sessions over a three month period. Why? To really drive your business to the next level its critical that you are focussed on the process.
