Session Fees
First session - 90mins[ includes FREE 20mins chat ]: Cost $90
Regular Counselling Session - 60mins: Cost: $90
Couple Counselling Session - 90mins: Cost $130
Group Fees
Weight-loss Group: $40 a session for 4 weeks [total $120]
Anxiety Group: $40 a session for 4 weeks [total $120]
Meet Sylvia
Keys 2 Freedom Counselling founder Sylvia Kaval is a qualified counsellor and EFT Practitioner specialising in relief for all types of stress/anxiety issues, phobias, panic, self-esteem, relationship issues and weight-loss.
Sylvia draws on life experiences, professional training and her knowledge of the the 'mind-body' connection to physical and emotional health to help her clients. She is dedicated to helping others and loves sharing her knowledge and wisdom. You'll be delighted with the warmth and enthusiasm Sylvia brings to your counselling sessions, groups and workshops.
