Helen has worked as a practicing Naturopath since 2001, working with one of Australia’s leading holistic medical centres in conjunction with integrative medical doctors at Pymble Grove Health Centre.

Helen works with Dr Antony Underwood, using the biomediical approach to address Autism, and other Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Helen works in all areas of health care and disease prevention. Conditions such as hayfever, bronchitis, asthma, hypertension, varicose ulcers, erectile dysfunction, weight loss, poor digestion, diarrhoea, constipation, gut dysbiosis, antiageing, liver and gall bladder detoxifying and preventative health can all be addressed. Children, including those suffering from recurrent ear infections (otitis media / glue ear), also benefit greatly from a naturopathic approach.
