Remedial Massage
Remedial Massage uses integrative techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and stretching or strengthening exercises. Whether to soothe and relieve muscle tightness, work on a new or old injury, to correct and improve posture or to simply unwind with some therapeutic body work, this style of massage can be very benificial.
Sports Massage
Massage for pre or post sporting event, to manage sports injuries, or general sports maintenance to optimize performance and maintain mobility and flexibility of the body. Can aid in the removal of toxins, reduce stiffness and can help speed recovery time.
Relaxation Massage
Relaxation Massage uses gentle strokes to improve circulation and calm the nervous system, alleviating tension and anxiety and providing relief from stress related conditions. Relaxation Massage pampers the mind and the body, even when there may not be any particular need in mind, this Massage will ease you into a state of relaxation.
Pregnancy Massage
During pregnancy, a women's body goes through many changes. Some of these changes can be uncomfortable and stressful on the body. Massage is a perfect way to reduce stress and promote general well-being through this time. A relaxing and pampering treatment for the mother-to-be.

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
Emily completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in Sydney.
Emily also has a Certificate in Pregnancy Massage, her Senior First Aid Certificate and is ATMS (Australian Traditional Medicine Society) accredited.
