is a 15 minute walk north of the city of Hobart. It has many wonderful restaurants and specialty shops and is a great place to meet friends for coffee and a meal or to see live entertainment. Palfreymans Arcade is situated on the corner of Elizabeth and Burnett Streets. This lovely old building was originally built as a chemist . The arcade accomodates eating places and health practitioners. The individual businesses all look over a pretty courtyard, which has a lovely fountain giving a calming effect on those that sit there. REFLEXOLOGY
is an ancient form of natural healing. Sore feet cry out to be rubbed. When a reflexologist performs a treatment on someone they focus on rubbing and pressing into the feet for about 50 minutes on a standard treatment. It can be painful at first. The reflexologist will be respectful of your feet. We see a map of the body imprinted on the feet.
3 good reasons to suggest that reflexology is not just a foot rub.
1. If the feet become very sore to touch it may mean they are obstructed by toxic waste that may not be flushed out of the body by natural blood circulation. Blood circulation is improved.
2. Stimulation of the thousands of nerve endings on the feet will improve all the functions of the body. Stress from pressure build up is released.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
is what I will give you in my clinic. My massage is an accumulation of all the techniques I have learnt over the years since 1992. My massage is firm and penetrating and some people feel they have had a workout after their treatment. I do a lot of remedial techniques yet I don't focus on remedial massage specifically. I listen to the body and my hands feel their way through the tension and strain. I focus on the whole body. Treatment times range from 1/2 hour to 1.5 hour treatments. Energy Healing may also be used during the treatment.
FACIAL WITH FOOT AND HAND MASSAGE
This is a treatment for total indulgence. I clean the face and apply a clay mask with manuka honey. While the face mask is setting I wash and rub the feet with a walnut scrub and then massage the feet with a stimulating cream that will make them come alive. I then do the same treatment on the hands. The face is now ready for the mask to be removed ready for a beautiful massage. You will love it. Men and women benefit from the pampering of this treatment.
AUSTRALIAN BUSH FLOWER REMEDIES
are used in my clinic. These essenses are extracts from Australian flowers and are taken internally by placing 7 drops under the tongue for quick absorbtion into the blood stream. As I work on each person it may be very clear that you could benefit from ongoing suport after leaving the clinic. A.B.F.E. are gentle and effective. They do not interupt any medications or give unpleasant side efects. They are safe enough to be given to everyone, including children and animals. The flower essenses help with blockages in the energy field surrounding the body. They help to harmonize the vibrations in the auric field.

Martin and Schuessler brand are also sold in my clinic. I have used tissue salts over many years and found them to be very effective with minor ailments that inflict my body. I now sell them and my clients are noticing the subtle benefits of these little tablets.
