ABOUT THE STAFF:
HAIDEE BENNING: Haidee has been practicing Osteopathy since 2003. Prior to this she has worked as a remedial massage therapist in the Geelong and Surfcoast region for over 10 yrs. Haidee has a particular interest in Paediatric osteopathic practice and the early prevention of injury that without treatment may lead to a wide range of problems later on in life.
BOBBIE FRENCH: Bobbie commenced practice as an Osteopath in 2003. She initially worked in Melbourne and now divides her time between clinics throughout the Western District.
KIRSTEN ALFORD: Kirsten is our qualified Naturopath. She incorporates a wide variety of modalities into her work including Herbal Medicine, Clinical Nutrition, Iridology, Flower Essences, Homeopathy, and Mineral Therapy. She is comitted to providing affordable and realistic advice for optimal management of any health and wellbeing concerns you may have.

THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION
Yoga / Pilates based exercises, individually tailored to prevent injury or re-injury, improve posture, core stability and strength. Provided as an adjunct to osteopathic treatment. Swiss balls, weights and other aids incorporated when required.
