REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is based on the principle that certain parts of the body, namely the feet, hands and ears, reflect the whole. By stimulating these points a body’s natural healing is activated and the body responds by clearing blockages, returning to its natural flow. This results in the balancing of all systems and thus better health. Many chronic conditions and old symptoms clear up after just a few sessions.

AURICULOTHERAPY
It is a therapeutic technique in which simulation of the external ear (auricle) alleviates conditions in the other parts of the body. It is a micro-therapy that is best combined with foot reflexology.

FACIAL HARMONY
The philosophy behind this beautiful technique is simple – your face is a connecting link between the body, the power of your mind, spirit and emotions. A gentle stimulation of the facial muscles releases the life stress in your face and neck, and so restores elasticity to the face, giving it a natural lift and also lifting emotional stresses.

HYPNOTHERAPY

EUROPEAN SPA PEDICURE
The hour treatment is particularly recommended to pamper your feet with a session of reflexology after the pedicure.
THETA HEALING
There are four different levels of Belief – Core, Genetic, History and Soul. Experience how at each level you can change long-held beliefs that may be holding you back from reaching your potential or desired goals in life.
Theta Healing uses Vianna Stibal’s technique to change unwanted beliefs at the cellular memory level. This positively affects us physically, emotionally and spiritually bringing about harmony and balance between the mind, body and spirit.
REIKI
The practitioner places their hands over your fully-clothed body in a sequence of positions, holding each for a few minutes. Energy, which operates at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels, is transmitted through the hands to you. By the end of the session you will feel balanced, energized, calm and peaceful.
MEDITATION
Regular meditation sessions are held every Monday evening at 6.00pm.
THETA HEALING WORKSHOPS
Our Theta Healing workshops are fun and very practical. Any one can do them. The workshops are particularly useful for anyone who wants learn how to monitor and change unwanted beliefs on themselves.
