About Kay Hartmann
Kay Hartmann has been in Massage therapy and body mind work for 12 years now. I practice in the Pacific Palms, Blueys beach areas and also will do home appointments if pre arranged. The areas I feel are my speciality are the neck and shoulder region particularly where there are emotional issues as well.
Bowen Therapy is one of my favourite modalities for people that have tried many different techniques and would like to give it a go. It is very gentle but has lasting effects, especially if you are positive about the session. It realigns and heals the body and mind via the parasympathetic nervous system.
