Massage, body treatments and natural healthcare in the heart of the Chapel St shopping district.
Koru Therapies offers a number of different massage and body treatments. In addition to the treatments offered within the clinic, we also blend an aromatherapy based skincare range suited to individual skin types and requirements.
Small group mat pilates and yoga classes starting in September.
There are a number of packages available, or a package may be tailored to suit your specific needs.

Massage:
A flowing style of massage which focuses on relaxing body and mind, exceptional for stress relief and sleep problems, excellent to treat aching muscles and general lack of energy. Incorporates deep tissue work and may include chinese cupping.

Aromatherapy:
This treatment is a combination of massage, foot bath, and compresses incorporating the use of essential oils, which are used to balance emotional as well as physical well-being. Either choose from one of our specially designed in house blends, or a personal essential oil blend selected to focus on what the body and mind require at the time.

Hot Stone Massage:
A full body treatment using hot basalt stones to help relax the muscles, allowing for deeper massage work. Stones are laid out in specific patterns on and under the body to target problem areas, hands and stones are used in combination to perform a deep, relaxing, therapeutic massage.

Spa Body Treatments:
Detoxifying Mud Body Wrap:
Mud from the Dead Sea is used to awaken the body’s senses, improve circulation, and nourish the skin. The use of heat and the stimulation of blood flow to the skin help to eliminate toxins from the system.

Hydrating Mud Body Wrap:
A combination of Dead Sea mud and natural oils including Sweet Almond and Jojoba. This wrap is ideal for purifying and balancing the skin; soothing and calming it can assist in relieving sun-damaged skin. Suitable for all skin types.

Dead Sea Scrub:
A scrub containing Dead Sea salt, royal jelly, beeswax, and coconut oil is used to remove dead skin surface cells, brightening, cleansing and invigorating the skin. This exfoliation is an excellent treatment on its own, or as preparation for tanning.

Avocado, Lime and Poppy Seed Sugar Scrub:
An in-house blend of nourishing avocado oil, uplifting lime oil, exfoliating poppy seeds, and sugar that is great for the skin. An exfoliation and moisture treatment in one, this treatment is not to be missed.

Nourishing Foot Treatment:
An exfoliating, moisturising massage treatment, a treat just for the feet!

Reiki and Chinese Cupping Treatments:
Can be incorporated in to any massage treatment free of charge, or practised separately at a cost of $20 - $40 for 15 - 30mins.

Pilates:
Run by qualifed instructors, class sizes are small and need to be booked in advance. $15 casual session, or pre purchase 10 classes for $120. Starts in September.
Please note that stated times do not include consultation time, therefore clients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the selected treatment in order to enjoy the full treatment time.
It should also be noted that if clients are late for an appointment we will try and accommodate this change, however, in order to ensure other clients appointments run to schedule, treatments may finish at the original end time.
