WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY?
Our feet reflect a map of the human body. By using this map a reflexologost can work on any part of your body. The reflexologist applies pressure with the thumbs and fingers to the reflexes on the feet or hands to stimulate the body's own natural healing response by stimulating circulation and nerve supply to the entire body. This increased blood flow and enhanced nerve response results in an overall increase in energy flow which can release energy blockages/pain in the body. If a particular reflex is tender or feels granular when pressed, it indicates that the corresponding body area is in need of attention. Reflex points become tender when there are energy blockages and if these are left unattended disorders manifest in the body. Reflexology assists the body's self-healing abilities and in trained hands Reflexology is an effective way to restore and maintain good health and well-being.
I am a registered Professional Practitioner with the Reflexology Association of Australia.

- Foot Joint Mobilisation
- Chi Reflexology
- Chi Organ Balancing
- Touchpoint Reflexology for the spine, neck and shoulders
- Maternity and Hormonal Balancing
I also hold certificates for Reiki, Touch for Health, and Herbs for Kinesiologists. These modalities can be incorporated into a Reflexology session as necessary.
