Learn to Relax ... discover the art of relaxed living
Our six-week Learn to Relax program is a stress reduction and relaxation training framework for learning the art of relaxed living. The program is a highly effective method of reducing everyday stress, anxiety and stress-related health conditions including insomnia and chronic pain. The Learn to Relax program uses a combination of meditation and deep-relaxation techniques to help you relax your body and calm your mind – anywhere and at any time.

Better Access to Mental Health Care program - medicare rebates available
Medicare rebates of $405 are available for Learn to Relax Personal programs. A rebate of $103.20 is available for Learn to Relax Group programs. A GP referral is required under the Better Access to Mental Health Care program. See our website for full details.

Meditation
Learn to meditate with Learn to Relax!
Our six-week Learn to Relax group programs are a great way to learn how to meditate. The Learn to Relax program includes instruction in a variety of meditation techniques including body-scanning (Vipassana), Mantra and Visualisation.
Sessions typically include around 15-20 minutes of meditation and deep-relaxation practice. Our approach is one of simplicity, comfort and ease rather than austerity, and the courses are specifically designed for beginners. Learn to Relax Group Programs include a comprehensive workbook and six CDs to encourage home practice.

Intermediate Meditation
Intermediate meditation classes are held on Monday evenings and Tuesday evenings in Williamstown during school terms. The classes are an ideal extension of our Learn to Relax program, and are open to those with some meditation experience.
