Massage is all about the client. Here at the Centre of Wellbeing everybody is an individual and is treated as such.

With a new client we take the time to determine what is the most appropriate treatment plan. This will normally not take more then 10 minutes. However before each and every massage
we like to get feedback from the previous massage and reassess the requirements for the current session. This will allow
us to track progress and ensure that each and every massage meets the ongoing needs of
you, the client.

Building Strengths for Women Workshop

This weekend will enable women to regain their personal strengths and discover new inner strengths. Price includes an optional Reiki or Massage session. Please contact us for further details. Cost for the weekend is $275.00. ( two days, lunch included).

Reiki

Reiki practitioners do not diagnose and is used in conjunction with modern medicine.
In the Japanese language Reiki loosely translates to Universal Life Force.
Reiki is also a personal journey of growth for the student and practitioner. You are able to look within your self and examine just what makes you you. It is from this inner journey that the true journey through life begins.

Counselling

Counselling is talking and discussing the difficulties or unhappy periods that we all encounter in our everyday lives. These unhappy times may or may not be connected to a specific problem. Discussing it with a person who is not directly affiliated with the situation or is outside the family situation can help to put the situation into perspective for the person.

Emotional Release
Counselling

Emotional Release Counselling is for children from the ages of 4 to 99. It allows everyone to fully express their emotions, feelings and behaviours in situations of conflict through experiential approaches.

Emotional Release Counselling (ERC) provides a safe place for the child, adolescent or Adult to fully express the energy behind these different emotions. It also helps the child to explore and express how they truly feel.

ERC helps children who are angry, stressful, hurt, grieved sad and even rage. It helps them to learn skills to release emotions that are firmly tied in knots inside.

ERC helps children to realise and listen to what is going on inside them and
then to release those feelings. It helps children to increase self-esteem and
self-awareness and to help get rid of difficult behaviours and depression etc.

Life coaching is there to assist and empower you to achieve your desired
outcomes. The first session will be a face to face session, followed by a mix of
phone and personal consultations.

Ear Candling

Ear Candling is an ancient technique, traditionally practiced by Shaman Healers, to cleanse and balance the body, mind and spirit.
A treatment with ear candles is a nurturing and soothing experience, which leaves the patient feeling uplifted and calm.
Learn the technique to support family, friends and clients by clearing the physical and intuitive bodies through the Hopi Indian tradition.

Naturopathy can help you to over come many conditions using traditional and herbal medicenes. Assistance with weight loss is also offered.
