Naturopathy and Psychotherapy.... Herbal Medicine, Vitamin & Mineral Therapy, Iridology, Diet analysis, and Soul Centred Psychotherapy........
Laura develops a relationship with her clients to facilitate the inherent ability of the human mind and body, to reconcile issues of physical, emotional or mental health. Her experiences bridge contemporary Western science and medical practices with naturopathic and energy based, mindbody health practices.

Laura uses a personalised approach in the treatment of conditions, such as fatigue, poor immunity and associated inflammatory conditions, including eczema, psoriasis, and arthritis. She commonly treats problems of digestion, cardiovascular and respiratory weakness, nervous system related conditions and hormone disorders. These include flu, asthma, bronchitis, diabetes, weight gain or loss, menstrual disturbances and syndrome X, headaches, anxiety or tension related stress.
Iridology is used in the initial consultation, along with other diagnostic procedures to pinpoint constitutional, lifestyle and environmental conditions that may be preventing good health.
Soul Centred Psychotherapy
Soul is the embodied experience of being human.
Soul Centred Psychotherapy is a humanistic, experiential, psychodynamic and holistic therapeutic modality that focuses on all aspects of a person's life: thoughts, emotions, body sensations and symptoms, memories, dreams, images, symbols, relationships with others and with the world. The creative expression of these inner material that come into awareness, is a way of valuing and developing an ongoing relationship with soul.
This form of therapy reflects theoretical approaches, as described by Dr Carl Jung, that respect the role of the unconscious in the human experience. It works toward a more vital and aware relationship between our everyday sense of self and the other layers of consciousness that we usually call the unconscious. By attending to this inner relationship, we gain insight into the internal dynamics that determine our thoughts, moods and behaviours.
