For as long as I can remember ive always had a an interest in helping others feel better, before discovering massage i worked in pharmacy where i was helping people find products that would make them feel better. In Massage there is no products (but oil of course!) no quick fixes, just caring hands that help relax and de-stress the body through massage.This is why i have been guided to this career.
The Training ive chosen to do varies from relaxation to hot stones therapy. The reason ive choosen these various types of massage to specialise in is because i believe that you can help the body heal itself naturally by de-stressing & detoxifying the body.
Relxation Massage: A gentle massage to help relax your mind,body & soul.Great for those who are stressed & require some pampering!

Sweedish Massage: A firmer massage designed to relieve tight & sore muscles, tired, stressed & over worked bodies. Pressure can very depending on clients requirements.

Lomi Lomi Massage (Hawiian): An energy healing massage that helps to unblock bad energy & release good energy throughout your body.The massage is given in a fluid, rhythmic motion working with the body's natural flow .Different parts of the body may be massaged at the same time, with full body & under body strokes being used to bring the body back into balance & instill a deep sense of peace, harmony & wellbeing within the recipient.This massage is performed mainly with the forearms & feels like gentle waves sweeping over the body from one end to the other.

Hot Stone Massage: A light to moderate pressure massage that is performed with heated stones. The Heat of the stones helps to release stress & tension in muscles & nerves.It also helps tone & tighten muscles & tissue.Your whole body has no choice but to totally relax & unwind.The Hot stones works on the chakra points to help balance your body, mind & soul thus leaving you feeling grounded, balanced & revitalized.
